Using AstroWP means you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This agreement starts when you first use the AstroWP starter kit.

3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights

AstroWP gives you unlimited access to its features after a one-time purchase. Designed for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, AstroWP helps you create impressive web pages and portfolios. You won’t have to pay any recurring fees, but AstroWP can terminate your access, if needed, without conditions. This license entails a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions. However, it is important to acknowledge that the licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites. This termination provision enables the licensor to exercise control over software distribution and utilization.

4. Refunds

Because AstroWP is a digital product, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. While we understand this might be disappointing, We’re here to assist you with any issues or questions you may have.

5. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that AstroWP will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.This agreement doesn’t affect your legal rights.

6. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

AstroWP does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. AstroWP shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by AstroWP’s negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by AstroWP. AstroWP shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that AstroWP are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that AstroWP’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release AstroWP from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

7. Responsibilities

We’re not responsible for how you use the content you create and the websites you create with AstroWP.

8. Detailed Examples of Prohibited Behavior

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, the following behaviors are prohibited on the AstroWP platform:

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other forms of spam.
  • Harassment: Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
  • Illegal Activities: Using AstroWP for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, fraud, or distribution of illegal content.
  • Misuse of the Platform: Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal functioning of the AstroWP platform, including hacking, spreading malware, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

AstroWP reserves the right to terminate access for any behavior that it deems abusive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of these terms.

9. Enforcement Policies

AstroWP investigates reports of prohibited behavior and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account termination. Users will be notified of any actions taken and provided with an opportunity to respond.

10. General Terms and Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Using AstroWP doesn’t make you our employee or agent. You can’t represent yourself as such. We’re not liable for any actions you take.
